Product Introduction
The C-type Stainless Steel Vacuum Glove Box provides a controlled working environment by evacuating the chamber and refilling it with inert gas to reduce moisture and oxygen levels. It is designed for experimental and production applications in university laboratories, research institutes and technology enterprises.
The system includes an evacuable main chamber, an evacuable antechamber, two glove ports, a side door, LED lighting, gas inlet and outlet ports, a vacuum pressure gauge, an internal power socket, and two spare KF25 ports at the rear.
Operating Principle
The main chamber is evacuated and then filled with high-purity inert gas. Repeated evacuation and gas-refill cycles reduce moisture and oxygen concentrations. The supplied specification states that levels can fall below 200 ppm; actual results depend on the number of cycles and the purity of the inert gas.
The antechamber allows items to be transferred into and out of the main chamber while helping preserve its low-moisture, low-oxygen atmosphere.
